🇬🇧 This achievement located on a dead end of the Plaine Saint-Denis combines two types of housing on a rectangular plot:
-30 collective dwellings in a building with loggia shooting (R + 5), in continuity of gauge with a n adjoining building.
The last two floors are zinc-clad houses;
- a lower set of buildings (up to R + 3) with varied silhouettes distributed by 3 alleys.
This set is constituted by the assembly of 20 houses grouped in 4 rows.
These have a great variety of typology: 16 units out of the 20 proposed are different.
Most houses have a cellar and are also accessible from the parking box dedicated to them in the basement.
They all have landscaped or green terraces and a rear garden and front garden.
« Floor high brick » and wood constitute the identity of this set.
🇬🇧 ·Use of structural « Floor high bricks» for the durability of materials and improved thermal insulation.
