Elle occupe un plateau de nivellement sur un terrain!en pente avec une vue sur la ville et la plaine de Tlemcen et au premier plan un jardin méditerranéen.
La nouvelle construction s'appuie complètement sur les anciennes restanques d'un verger. La maison est constituée d’une succession de pièces et de patio-jardins à ciel ouvert recouverts de zéliges (carreaux de terre cuite émaillée de . Pleins et "vides" scandent les cheminements et10cm par 10cm par les cadrages de vues depuis les espaces de réception vers les espaces intimes.

It occupies a leveling plateau on a sloping terrain with a view of the city and the plain of Tlemcen and in the foreground a Mediterranean garden.
The new construction is based entirely on the old terraces of an orchard.
