Deux unités de vie de 6 chambres doubles et une aile nouvelle en exten- sion d’un château et d’un pavillon de chasse constituent cet ensemble dédié à la formation aux métiers de la restauration.
La façade intérieure du centre est construite en briques de hauteur d’étage côté extérieur ; tandis que la façade intérieure, le long de laquelle se déploient les circula- tions d’accès aux cuisines et aux salles de classe, est entièrement vitrée donnant à voir un cèdre bicentenaire situé au centre d’un parc.
Les unités de vie abritant des chambres doubles sont construites à la perpendiculaire du domaine public comme les longères traditionnelles du bourg. Elles sont équipées d’
extensions de type véranda et buanderie.
Les combles de toîtures sont habités et aménagés en mezzanines dédiées à chaque chambre.

🇬🇧 This elevation is entirely built of wood, the frame, the cladding plywood, roof-terrase, woodwork and occultations thus constitute a unitary unit such as a piece of furniture placed on the base masonry of the house.
An overhang of roof allows to offer a thermal protection of the facades as well as a protection with the rain of the panels of stained cladding and the song of the open shutters.
Wood technology has made it possible to quickly complete the enclosed / covered site while allowing some flexibility as to a hypothetical extension of the house on the street side according to the future needs of a family that is growing.
A staircase suspended by cables occupies the volume in return of the main body of the house, and distributes the 3 upper levels of the house.
On the street, the house is characterized by the nesting and angular interlocking of masonry wall thicknesses and wooden walls, thus revealing a little more the initial set of roof and sewer overhangs with the neighboring pavilion.
