🇬🇧 This reflection was conducted as part of the support to the research program launched by the Plan Urbanisme Construction Architecture (PUCA-French Sustainable Development and Equipment State department) on "soft densification".
a term which refers to densification processes by parcel division, internal division and or extension of the frame.
It was to show how to implement strategies, at the scale of an island, to produce public spaces and micro-equipment from certain conditions made to the owner who wishes to sell a part of their land.
The ecological dimension is approached from the beginning (from pre-settlement to the dimensioning of the networks, from the management of rainwater, to the evolutionary house to the dynamic planning rules) in order to anticipate and value the transformations to come in the long time of the manufacture of sustainable residential neighborhoods.
